Team Stamp It Blog Hop

Hi Friends and welcome to the Team Stamp It blog hop.  It’s Christmas in July!  I could not resist making my card a “country Christmas”.  I love the Country Livin stamp set.  I also used the new Thoughtful Branches stamp set.  This was a stamp set only demonstrators could order in July.  Our customers can order it in August.   I stamped the tree twice so it would be a fuller Christmas tree.  I also used water color paper and the blender pens.

We have some pretty awesome ladies on our team so I know you will find some great Christmas card ideas from this blog hop!

I have to say this card design makes me think old time Christmas movies … I love everything about it, thanks so much for sharing it with us.

  2. You can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl, right? I love all things country too and this card is representative of the country in Christmas. #stampitcontest

  3. #stampitcontest This reminds me of going to cut the tree with my Dad and siblings. With 7 of us this was an all day project to choose the tree for him to cut! Years later we learned Dad would go choose the tree in September and steer us toward the one HE Wanted! Thanks for the memories!

  4. #stampitcontest. Love, love your card!! This is my favorite of all!! Love this set as it is so versitile.Having lots of grandsons, I will be using it alot!! Lovely as a tree, never goes out of style!! Love it!

  5. Karen, it better be a big one lol. My husband hates going out to get our tree each year because I always want the tallest, biggest tree I can find. He has to remind me of what size our room is lol. Thanks for stopping by

  6. When I stamped it once it was just to skinny (wish I had that problem lol) I love a big full tree so I thought I'd just off set it a bit and stamp it twice! Thanks for visiting our blog hop

  7. Hi Bobbie, Love your card, great way of using the car stamp and that tree is lovely on the back, Cheers Anna. #stampitcontest

  8. Delightful card with the tree tied to the truck! Great use of linen thread! I like how the truck panel is offset to the right; gives room for the truck to "move". #stampitcontest

  9. Great card. Years ago you always saw Christmas trees on all shape and sizes of cars and trucks being taken home to decorate. I do not see that much any more. So your card brings back many memories of the past. Thank you. #stampitcontest

  10. Omigosh! I remember a harrowing drive home with a Christmas tree in the back of my beat up old pickup truck when my children were really little. I was so afraid the twine would snap before I got home! Thanks for a great card! #stampitcontest
