Stampin’ Up! Projects

Hi Friends,

I can’t believe it’s that time again.  Stampin’ Up! is looking for display board stampers for OnStage in November when we all head to Orlando, Fl to help them celebrate their 30th anniversary.  I am going to throw my hat in the ring again and hoping I get chosen again.  I had so much fun creating my projects when I went to Texas in April. I hope you like the projects I decided to use for my application.  We have to choose our best work and I feel these are a few of mine that I have made recently.  I feel like I have not done too much this year with my craft room makeover and then with the passing of my father in June it took me a while to get back into the groove of things.  I feel like I am finally getting back to enjoying my stamping.  I love sharing all my projects with you all if its’ with my weekly Facebook live or one of my online classes or YouTube videos.  Wish me luck and I’ll let you all know if I am one of the lucky ones to create projects for this milestone event.  I would feel honored and so blessed to be chosen to be a display stamper for the 30th-anniversary OnStage event!

I had to choose 3 cards and these are the 3 I decided I would use.

Card: #1

This first card is one I actually made for my display board in Texas.  I was showcasing the Broadway Bound Designer Series Paper.  I love to heat emboss so that’s what I did for the sentiment.

Card: #2

I made this card last Fall.  I just love it and love all those colors together.  I love to ink around the edges of my cards and loved how it looked on this card.

Card: #3

I made this card for my local card & coffee class I have monthly.  I loved using the unexpected color of Coastal Cabana on this card.  It really worked with the Designer Series paper. I also did an online class using this stamp set and everyone loved making this card!  When I saw this stamp set, Rooted In Nature at OnStage in Texas I just knew everyone would love it as much as I did!

This was my very first attempt at a z-fold card.  I was pretty happy with my results.

This is my scrapbook page.  I just got my preorder from the holiday catalog and I went right to work creating this page.  I used the Tropical Thinlits that coordinate with the Tropical Chic bundle to create all the branches.  I LOVE the Farmhouse Christmas stamp set and the coordinating paper and embellishments.  I can’t wait to put some pictures on this page this year!

This is my first 3D project:

You might remember this little box I made a few weeks ago during my Facebook Live.  I love using the stamp set to create my very own background and that’s what I did here. I stamped the flower image & the fly (I think that’s what it is supposed to be) all over the base of the box and then all I had to do was make a few scorelines, do a little trimming and before I knew it I had created a beautiful box.  I put a little secret gift inside and used this for my prize patrol for my viewers that week.  I just love how it turned out so I thought I would add to my submission.  The Very Vintage stamp set is beautiful and I am not done playing with it yet!

This is a side view

I used my 1″ circle punch to create a finger grip on the back for easy opening!

My second 3D project:

I just created this candle holder/box last weekend.  I used the Tropical Chic stamp set and Tropical Thinlites to create the see-through lid.  I simply scored the DSP and placed the window thinlit right in the middle.

I told you I love using my stamps to create my own DSP.  I did it again here on the bottom of the box.  That little flower is the cutest flower and I have used it so much over the last few weeks.  I’m working on my very first retreat and it’s almost finished.  My theme was tropical so this stamp set has been well loved!

That’s it I hope you enjoyed my projects and wish me luck everyone!  I hope to see you all in Orlando

Hugs & much love, Bobbie
